At Sugar Bee Clothing, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
